Rip off! The only way they make money is by selling you the activation charge and crap you don’t need. Couldn’t activate my phone but would not refund the activation fee forcing me to buy a phone from them. This is a private phone dealer and not a company store. Basically a guy on the street selling aftermarket phones he can’t even warranty. I called MetroPCS, they activated my old phone no problem and no activation fee. Run away to a real metropcs store!

I got robbed and assaulted in front of the store and when I went back inside for help the girl working there tried to stun gun me and wouldn’t call the cops cuz her stupid ass thought I was robbing the store after I just paid my bill dumbass if I could give this negative 10 stars I would hands down stupidest human being I’ve ever met

Because of Kevin N’s review, I decided to drive a little further and hit this store instead. The reviews for the Metro PCS store on Truxel were a bit scary. Kevin N hit the nail on the head on this one. Esperanza was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted, made perfect suggestions on what I wasn’t sure of, I walked out with two new phones for less than a song, as well as lowered my monthly bill, losing no services. Can’t beat that. Esperanza could multi-​task like a 911 dispatcher. I highly recommend this store and this employee. Good call, Kevin
