Had the WORST experience in this store ten minutes ago. Melissa the «store manager» she called herself. Was completely rude when I asked a question about a sale item. She acted as if I was stupid and proceeded to tell me that I could call the other manager later on in the day if I had anymore questions. I had asked a simple question and was treated very unprofessional. Don’t know how she got promoted… Maybe this chain store should re consider who they hire.

I went to the Bath & Body Works to exchange some gifts, the same night I went to Kohl’s. I was fully expecting them to be as restrictive as Kohl’s, but they had no restrictions. The girl at the counter was extremely sweet, and very helpful. Usually young women are not nice to me, but she was and I appreciate it. She gave me store credit to use in exchange for the unwanted gifts. I’m very happy with my exchange. Though they’re pricey, I will go there again. If they keep up their fair practices, I can see myself spending hundreds of dollars there. I’ll be back

I tried to enter the store but the synthetic fragrances gave me a headache almost immediately! Decided to try synthetic-​free Heart’s Desire Soap Co. across the street and I’m glad I did. They make all their products fresh every day and your skin will feel terrific for it. Way way healthier, too!

Absolutely love this store. I love all their sales and deals they always have going on and how friendly the staff is. They are always offering to help with anything or give you a shopping bag when needed. My favorite things are the BIG candles! Although they can get pricey they smell so good and i can never leave without purchasing one or maybe two.

Jack the gentleman that attended me was so calm and inviting, I walked right into the 2 for 20 candle sale and picked up cider lane and pumpkin cupcake. Jack gave me such great tips about how to burn the candle properly and really was interested in helping me with my purchase! Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I love candles and I sure do love going into this store to smell all of the different scented candles they offer. They are usually offering some sort of deal, which makes it hard not to buy anything!

Props to a chain store in slo! A welcoming sight~ I love coming and checking out their new promotional scents for $ 1, great way to try what the brand has to offer~ and the 75% off clearance isn’t bad either, a foaming soap for a little over $ 1 is a win. The cashier asked how our weekend was, and we asked how hers was, and had pleasant conversation. Great products, great service!~ Still can’t buy a candle for $ 1, even though it comes in a glass holder that retails for $ 2.50… I don’t want candles~

B&BW has cleaned up their act a bit. They have more knowledgeable staff than they did a couple years ago and the scents they have aren’t as obnoxious as they once were. I like the specials they constantly have like 3 – 4 bottles of hand soap for $ 15 and their candles last a loooong time (even the smallest ones) and fill your house with fragrance. I haven’t tried their body wash but I hear good things, but then again… I’m pretty picky.

This is a chain of stores that you would typically find in malls across America, and it’s pretty obvious what they sell… stuff for bath and body. It’s also geared mostly to women (and to a lesser degree, men who like to enhance their grooming habits). Having said that, the selection of lotions, liquid soaps, antibacterials and more are somewhat limited, given the square footage of the place. And you can try out the products before you buy them. They even have a sink where you can test the soaps. Best time to to is during their sales, which happen approximately every 3 months.
