We stayed from Nov 24th — Nov 27th. Barbara was an excellent help. She had a list of restaurants within walking distance, she had feedback from personal experience or prior guests on their dining experiences at said eateries, and brought us clean wine glasses when we told her we needed a wine key. She goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are happy! This neighborhood had a lot of eateries, pharmacies, quick convenient stores, and pubs. They obliged to my garden view request and the room itself was brightly lit and clean enough. The continental breakfast helped tide us over before a day’s worth of sightseeing. The bed does move quite easily, so just be careful when hopping in! The location of hotel could not be any better, it’s along some of the most central lines(green = District, yellow = Circle, and blue = Piccadilly). Everything was easily accessible via the tube. The only thing I was not happy with was the bathroom. The water pressure in Room #2 was very poor, like a drippy faucet. The sink also bubbled at odd times and black stuff came up and dried out on the sink surface, YUCK!

The rooms are very small, but saying that they are clean, the décor is modern and light and the bathroom is adequate, the hotel is two minutes from Earls court tube station, you are surrounded by decent restaurants, and two pubs again less than two mins walk away, so it’s a good. Base for exploring London’s sights, a decent place for the money.

Stayed here a few years ago with a friend while visiting London. The price was great and so was the location — basically steps from the Earl’s Court stop. It wasn’t anything fancy, but the rooms were clean and the staff was nice and to top it off, the price was right. I’d stay here again for sure.
