We came here after watching a 6 nations rugby game at waxy o’connor’s next door and we’re sadly disappointed. My girlfriend and I both ordered pasta dishes (rigatoni and ravioli) to find it was al dente to the point of being questionably undercooked. The service was ok, not great, and I think two bottles of water was the equivalent cost of an entrée. This venue thrives on its location, however there are so many better places to go. Don’t waste your time here.

After a horrific experience at the criterion afternoon tea I took my friend out to this wonderful restaurant, service was excellent food was superb ! The Manager Vito was wonderful, warm and professional he could not do enough for us and the two servers were just delightful. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Hopefully they would bring this exquisite caffe to the USA it would do fantastic!!!

Excellent service with excellent pastries! What went wrong? Sticky fingers, I asked the waiter to please charge my phone. Gladly he accepted. We left a handsome tip everything was so perfect until we walked out the door without my phone. I came back 5 minutes later to find that my phone was moved and turned off. They were happy I came back for my phone but did not give my intl. charger that was with it. Made me feel pretty sad that they were so nice but feel the need to take from customers.

Spent some time here with a friend for a cup of tea and a piece of cake, and was able to enjoy a great spot for people watching and a nice cup of tea.
I will point out though that the ‘pot of tea’ is actually a small pot the size of a coffee mug. So really not the pot of tea one would expect. Shame.
