Aqua Action Dive Center

This is a five-​star dive shop in every sense of the superlative. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fun. I plan to return to this shop my next time in St Thomas and recommend it to all of my friends.
I’ve been diving for 14 years and my wife just got certified right before this trip. They catered to both of us perfectly. We did dives that were fun, challenging, and chock full of cool sea life and coral. Among the highlights was my wife’s first night dive. It was a new moon (ie no moon) night and after 20 minutes, we all shut off our lights and did the next 20+ minutes of the dive using only bioluminescence. It was soooo cool; similar to fairy dust coming off of your fins as you swim.
The shop was well appointed, as was the boat. All of the dives and returns were also on time (real time, not island time).

Had great experience with these guys. Quick ride out to cow and calf to see some great coral.

Lisa is the best! We went from a crappy fishing trip in st. Thomas to snorkeling with turtles with Lisa and skeeter at the dive shop. Lisa was very knowledgable and made our snorkel trip amazing. We saw turtles, sting ray, squid, reef and so many fish! Puffer fish were awesome. We even saw a ship wreck and an underwater memorial. In the boat ride back they offered rum punch, fresh fruit and pretzels. This 70 $ snorkel trip was so worth it! We will definitely be back to Aqua action!

If you want to dive in St Thomas, your search is over! This is by far the best dive shop with the best gear for rental and purchase. The crew is incredibly competent, fun and professional. The spots they showed us were just amazing.

We booked with Aqua Action based on reviews and couldn’t have been more pleased. I was looking for a small and personalized dive operation that would cater to the specific needs of our family of four (2 certified adult divers, a 12-​yr. old Jr Open Water diver and a 10-​year old who needed to do her referral dives). We were staying at the Marriott but consciously made the choice to take the 20 minute drive over to Aqua Action each day to ensure the best introduction to open water diving for my daughter. Hats off to Brian and Tiffani who worked with my daughter over the course of her four open water dives. They were both extremely safety conscious, thorough and patient. Our dives sites were perfect in terms of skill level and quality of dive experience. Duffy and Bill were our captains and kept things lively and fun. Diving with Aqua Action also gave my husband and I added piece of mind with the responsibility of diving with our 12-​year old son who only had 8 open water dives under his belt.
