Excellent food at reasonable prices. The tapas came out one at a time and straight from the kitchen without any delay. We had the tofu lettuce cups, endive salad, seared scallops, and the Parmesan gnocchi. All dishes were superbly crafted and expertly seasoned. Nothing too salty, but everything was bursting with amazing flavors. Like the gnocchi which had strong truffle flavors and big pieces of mushroom mixed with parmesan in a buttery sauce. We paired the meal with a Lighthouse IPA from Victoria. It’s a light crisp and Piney beer, very delicious. The service was attentive and very friendly. Every table was taken in this relatively small restaurant. It was packed with a mixed crowd in après ski attire. Noise level was in the medium to high range but you didn’t have to shout to be heard. It was a very pleasurable and satisfying experience!

The food was great. We had the crab cakes, lettuce cups with pork, and bruschetta. They recommended 3 – 4 selections for 2 people and we found 3 to be enough. We drank water. Our meal was 42.00 + tip. It was extremely busy and the food came out slowly. It’s a smaller establishment and very popular. Lots of happy families and couples sharing food. We went on a Wednesday night at 530 and we were seated immediately, ordered immediately and it took about 20 minutes for each plate to come out. We left at 7. We didn’t inquire why everything was taking so long but the next table did, and they were told the kitchen was really backed up. So, expect to wait, but go to enjoy a leisurely delicious meal(which is generally what to expect with a tapas experience).

Very innovative and creative tapas are on display at Elements. They try and keep things local and seasonal and you can taste the difference after you receive your first plate. We had 3 people in are dining party and split 5 tapas dishes, as well as a dessert(the chocolate nemesis is the way to go). That satisfied 3 hungry people very well. Lots of unique things on the menu, but the unanimous favorite at our table was the pork belly with bacon + rosemary bread pudding and apple butter maple cider glaze… wow, so good! All 6 dishes overall were very good and they have a great drink menu to choose from as well. It’s not super big inside and they don’t take reservations. Get there early so you can grab a spot at one of the best places to eat in Whistler.

Creative menu, lots of options, attention to detail, and generally on-point dishes. You don’t HAVE to share… but usually it’s more fun that way. The beef tartar and the seared scallops were particular standouts on the most recent visit, but there’s always something new or different to try. It’s easy to focus on meaty, heartier dishes if that’s your mood… or keep it vegetarian… or sample different seafood options… or mix and match flavors from different regions. There tends to be a wait during peak dinner hours and it might be a tough spot for larger groups — I’ve seen them pull together seating for larger parties, but I generally come here with a total of four or fewer.

Every dish was absolutely amazing! We ordered the gnocchi, beef tartare, Cod, curry mussels, beef shank, pork belly, and toffee pudding & poached pear(dessert). I highly recommend all of those, especially the gnocchi and poached pear dessert. It is the best dessert on this planet(if you hate cinnamon, then get something else). The price isn’t too bad for the quality of food and service. There was 4 of us and the bill came out to be $ 130CAD.

Visiting in Whistler and found this place on Unilocal for breakfast. It was delicious! I ordered the avocado eggs Benedict, my fiancé ordered the oatmeal. The eggs Benedict came with a little crispy potato ball and smoothie shot. The oatmeal came with toast and grapefruit. Smoothie shot as well. Also ordered the granola parfait, it was sooo delicious! Everything was beautifully presented, staff was nice. Food took a little longer than normal to come out but well worth it!

Love the slow cooked pork belly… Others are so so… Recommend to share three to four plates for two.

This place is amazing! Great service and atmosphere, enough room for larger groups. For what you pay, you get a lot. Even though it’s really well done exotic gourmet dishes, it’ not expensive especially for Whistler. The presentation is great too! One of the best places in Whistler. The panko-crusted warm goat cheese salad with pecans was great as were the crab cakes and ahi-tuna.

I don’t really think any review can truly express how incredible this place is. I’ve dined here on multiple occasions over the years, and I have never had anything short of a perfect experience. We have tried almost everything on the menu, but some standouts for me were the lettuce cups(we’ve tried them all 3 ways, with tofu, pork and ahi), crab cakes, salmon and tuna tempura roll, deconstructed ahi tuna tacos, two tone fries… you really can’t go wrong with the menu — close your eyes and land your finger and you’ll win no matter what! They also do amazing brunches, and in fact seem to be known more for this than dinner… being that I am not a brunch fan, I have only been for brunch once, but considering my boyfriend raved about the eggs benny he had the *entire* drive home, I would say if you’re into brunch, you’ll be into Elements. Lastly, but most certainly not least… the service here is bar none some of the best I’ve had, not only in Whistler but in general, which is saying a lot, considering Whistler is… erm… not known for having great restaurant service. This place has swept me off my feet numerous times with their service and is definitely part of why I will continue to return.

We came here for New Year’s Eve and it was the first time I’ve been to a Tapas place. Their portions are a good size and the food tasted great! We had their lettuce wraps, mussels, charcuterie board, duck breast, beef carpaccio, and the deconstructed ahi tuna tacos, which are all great choices by the way. We had a great time and the server was very friendly. They also had this grapefruit vodka drink that used freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Delicious!

My wife and I had a really nice dinner here. The small but very cosy room which encompasses the open grill and bar makes for an excellent atmosphere. The service top notch and our server extremely knowlageable helping us choose from the menu. The food was delicious especially the Duck, The Gnocchi and the crab cakes. However the hot sticky toffee pudding was to die for. All in all a very agreeable place to dine

Very good service. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the chocolate banana stuffed French toast. This was a very good portion and very filling. They provided the right amount of sauce for the French toast. Almost more than enough because I didn’t use all the maple syrup. I like when a restaurant gives you more than enough sides to work nicely with the dish. Service was fast. It says on their menu that my dish takes 20 minutes but they had it on the table in 13 minutes. I would recommend this to everyone.

Located inside(next to) Summit Lodge. The restaurant is small. Easy for a party of two, but limited for large groups. Brunch is a must! The stuffed French toast with bananas & chocolate ! Huge pieces, we shared. My recommendation for a real good breakfast is the crab Benedict. Much better than salmon. Now dinner: Bruschetta was very smokey in taste, and on thick bread. Mussels were in a delicious red curry broth. Pulled pork lettuce cups were amazing! Highly recommended. The meat, the vegetable, sauce, cashews all together perfectly. Next, the roll. It’s a spin on Japanese /Latin food. Tuna roll. It was deep fried in tempura so warm & crispy exterior. Different from sushi. Overall great food, good service. High prices.

Came here for both breakfast and dinner. Small restaurant with maybe 8 tables and a bar. Service is pretty good. Breakfast. Short wait Sunday morning. Ordered the BC Dungeness Benedict. Eggs were perfection and good amounts of crab. The potato«cake/latke» was really good too. We also shared the chocolate banana stuffed French toast. Takes 20min to make so order it quick. If you like sweets, you’ll love this. Dinner. –The pork lettuce cups were one of my favorites. Highly recommend it. –Salmon tuna tempura roll was really good as well. –Curry mussels were alright. Mussels were extremely large and meaty but somehow wasn’t super excited about these. –Bruschetta was very good. Breakfast was better in my mind. Can’t go wrong with either though.

Loved our whole experience here– staff is friendly, food is amazing! We ordered the curry mussels(out of this world), fries(its a large portion, be warned), gnochi(creamy, yum!), and ahi tuna lettuce cups(i’ve had better, but this was good). Love the service, experience and cocktails!

A must try in Whistler! We found this place on Unilocal based on the reviews and it is very accurate. This restaurant is great. We had delicious bruschetta with balsamic vinegar, mini burgers and gnocchi with mushroom and parmesan — so good! It was one of the best gnocchi I’ve ever tried! As dessert we tried chocolate nemesis that comes with goat cheese yogurt and a chocolate sauce with sea salt. Also delicious! I dont think there is a bad dish in this place. I plan to go back soon and try more of their menu. Beside the food, location is quite close to downtown, but in a quiet area. The restaurant is cozy and great for a dating.

Been here twice, and both times my boyfriend and I had a ridiculously hard time finding this place. No idea why, maybe because it is a little bit off the main part of Whistler. The first time we came here was for brunch in 2013, and I remember it being pretty packed but our brunch was delicious. We came here again this summer and it was almost empty. They had both the brunch and lunch menus available, I ordered the avocado tomato eggs benedict off the brunch menu and my boyfriend got the pork lettuce cups. I also got a glass of white wine while my boyfriend got a glass of red. I enjoyed my wine but he did not love his, though he found it to be okay. My eggs benedict were very good, the eggs were maybe a bit too runny for my taste but I am usually not a big egg person. So good with the avocado and tomato though! Also came with a biscuit of some sort topped with sour cream and chive, along with a smoothie shot. My boyfriend loved his lettuce cups, and they did look tasty though I did not try them. I love the décor here, the lighting is dim and I like the colors of the decorations. Lends the place a nice atmosphere. Service is friendly, if a bit distant — our waitress flirted with some of the kitchen staff while we patiently waited for her to take our order, but then the manager(I think) took over and he made more of an effort. I’d come back here.

The breakfast tour of Whistler continued with a visit to Elements. While the name seems to connote«Tapas» they do serve breakfast! I ordered more food than I should have — but there were several things that sounded really good that I wanted to try! So, I ended up with an order of their: Healthy Hash: butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers, red onions & kale topped with 2 poached eggs & sundried tomato, plus chorizo; Roasted vine ripened cherry tomatoes, spinach & Portobello mushroom Frittata; And a side of their smoked duck sausage. I especially enjoyed the Frittata and the smoked duck sausage — both were very good. The hash sounded more interesting than it tasted. I think if they had roasted the butternut squash a bit longer and diced it a bit smaller — texture-wise it would have been better. My friend David also ordered the Healthy Hash and we both agreed on this. Coffee was good, service was also very good. I would eat here again!

Came here for dinner on a Sunday. It was surprisingly busy. It only took about 15 minutes to be seated so that wasn’t too bad. The service was a bit slow, but that’s probably just because all the tables were full. The Grub. [[ MEAT&CHEESEPLATE $ 16 ]] Who doesnt love some assorted meat and cheese with pickles and fruit paste! [[ PORKLETTUCECUPS $ 13 ]] Served with crunchy baby iceberg lettuce, vegetables, rice boodles, cashews, and bean sprouts. Definitely a fan of this dish :] [[ BRAISEDBISONSHORTRIBS $ 17 ]] I never had bison before. And honestly I didn’t even know what the heck that was, I had to google it: P But the bison short ribs were good, it had an interesting taste to it. A little gamey in my opinion. The Drinks. [[ POMEGRANATEMARGARITS $ 6.5 ]] This drink has tequila, triple sec, lime juice and pomegranate juice. I thought the drink was good. [[ PROSPECTPINOTNOIR $ 10 ]] Overall: I thought the food was good. I definitely recommend to check it out if you are staying in Whistler.
