I have eaten plenty Italian in NYC and chicago, there were few good ones in nyc and most seemed over hyped. I always looked for that perfect mix of rich natural flavors and right pasta quality. I was extremely delighted to have found this place.
I over heard a family boasting about how great this place was and decided to try it, I wish I ate here before my last day at Cabo.
We are vegan so it’s always hard to find tasty food, if they can make such amazing vegan food especially for us, I am sure they probably make other amazing dishes.
Definitely a great place to dine. A simple setup but very friendly staff.
Pizza sauce and crust is one of the best I tried. Tiramisu was great too.

Fabulous Italian food here. Our first hand experience with pizzas, calzones, and salads was mind blowing good. Robust flavor, perfectly prepared. The staff and friendly owners (from Italy, go figure.) do a great job on the service. Cabo has so many mediocre to bad Italian restaurants, The Italian Job is a breath of fresh and delicious progress.
The pasta dishes we saw looked and smelled delicious. We will try then next time!
This place is a bit hard to find. It is exactly behind the La Pintada restaurant and micro brewery which is across the main drag McDonald’s, mas o menos.

Order the Mare E Monti pasta (fettuccine with shrimp and mushrooms in creamy sauce). Really good. And the pizza is good, too. Open Tues-Sun 4 – 11.

For delicious authentic Italian fare look no further than The Italian Job! A local resident who transplanted to Cabo from California recommended this restaurant to us and we are so glad we came! In the week that my wife and I were here we ate here three times. They bring you a complimentary bruschetta appetizer… Wow! So good!!! We tried the ravioli, fettuccine and the (thin crust wood fired) pizza and everything we put in our mouth was amazing! The service is fast and friendly. You can tell the owners (who are from Italy) take pride in making their guests happy. The restaurant is located one block off the main road, so many tourists miss seeing it. Don’t be deterred by location, you gotta check this place out!
