Grand Hotel Zermatterhof Matterhorn Group

Sehr gutes service höflich aber nicht aufdringlich. Die juniorsuit sehr sauber. Das essen unschlagbar gut.

This is EASILY the best hotel I have ever stayed at! It is located in one of the most beautiful towns in the world.
Our room had a STUNNING view of the Matterhorn. The room was beautiful. I am guessing it was a suite? Not sure if all the rooms were like this, but ours had a dining area, living area, large bedroom and a two room bath. It was stunning. Everything was included. Wifi. All drinks in the fridge. Snacks. Fresh fruit. Wine.
The spa in the basement was also stunning. A HUGE pool with a waterfall. Hot tubs that also look out to the Matterhorn. Four diffewrent saunas: Dry Heat, Moist Heat, Tropical Rain Forest, and ICE!!! Drinks and fruit are made available and you can lay on comfy chairs by the pool.
I will have to update this review to provide more details. I will also upload some pictures.
One note: When looking on Trip Advisor, I was a little turned off by the number of negative reviews for this place. The only thing I can figure is that people must be scared off by the price. I cannot imagine a nicer hotel anywhere.
