A small menu which had burgers, ribs and curry. A few items but well done. I had a great burger and the salad and chips. The ribs were tasty with a good coleslaw. Drinks were reasonably priced. I had tried to get a table in winter but failed as it was booked out. Happy to finally go there recently after hearing great things. Definitely be back soon

The Bubble is located in the beautiful, cold city of Zermatt in Switzerland. It is alpine/skiing/gondola themed, and the menu offers many great dishes that remind me of the many great restaurants in Beaver Creek, Vail, and Aspen Colorado.(by the theme of skiing and American dining). I had chicken wings and the cajun chicken with a side of nachos. First off, the nachos were amazing. Perhaps the best nachos I’ve ever had. Chicken wings were great and cooked perfectly with a great sweet sauce on the side. However, the Cajun Chicken is for the ambitious. With the mint yogurt added to it, it has a very weird and distinct taste that may not suit most people. I also recommend the Chocolate cake and the hot chocolate. Overall great place with simple décor, however a little pricey(like everywhere in Switzerland).

Very good burgers and fries. Is it pricey for burgers, yes but reasonable for Zermatt!

We went here with the entire family. Everyone agreed that the food was sensational. I had the falafel burger with a salad — both fantastic. Everyone else ate either the amigo or the Cajun chicken. The verdict is that the Cajun chicken is in the lead. The nachos and fried chicken appetizers are great as well. If you are in the area, definitely check this place out. Prices are reasonable — for Switzerland. Oh — make sure you order the chocolate cake with vanilla ice and the blood orange sorbet!

I had a craving for a burger after my first day of skiing. The owner of the hotel I was staying at recommended this spot for burgers. The portion size is big. The burger was meaty — the fries were a bit lukewarm though. I was hungry and this meal hit the spot. I washed it all down with a cider. The prices were typical of Switzerland and Zermatt — expensive.

Cozy, humble atmosphere with very friendly staff; but humble the prices are not. The food was just okay, and I’d rather have spent my money elsewhere.

Not much to add to the above reviews. Definitely confirm that you should make a reservation. We winged it and got in and within 5 minutes they were turning people away. The mexican burger is pretty good.

Good spot for a decently cheap meal. They have a burger and beer special that is without doubt the best deal I found in Zermatt.

The Bubble refers to a gondola looking like a bubble – kitchy for a Swiss ski town. We had heard rave reviews from some local friends about this quaint restaurant that is geared to locals(they also just opened a bar called Cable Car, where you will find excellent priced beers and drinks for the local clientele which is their bread and butter.) The chef and our waiter were owners and were great. We started with their«starter plate» which included falafels, samosas, a large grilled shrimp and a couple of chicken wings – all delicious! I opted for the cajun chicken burger while my husband had the ribs. Our kids shared a cheeseburger. The food was outstanding and though there isn’t a Swiss dish on their, this restaurant is worth your stop. How much fondue and Rosti can you have in 3 days? Having saved room for dessert, we had 2 of the 3 – the raspberry crème brûlée and the fudge pudding cake with ice cream. There wasn’t a drop of either left on the plate. You should make a reservation, because it’s small. If no reservation, could be a great stop for a beer and a burger in the afternoon.
