Ein recht witziges Restaurant mit guter Küche. Der Signature dish ist alles mit Lamm/​Schaf. Der Service ist außerordentlich umsichtig und nett. Leider beginnt der Chef beim Dessert stets 2 — 3 Lieder zu singen. Sie handeln stets vom Matterhorn (glaub ich verstanden zu haben). Naja, wer’s mag. Insgesamt eine sehr nette Erfahrung mit moderaten Preisen.

Wow. Amazing from start to finish. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. It was really a memorable meal and we’d definitely be back if we return to Zermatt. Must make a reservation. Meal was $ 50 for main and easily worth it, especially since they keep serving until you’re full.

This is one of the beat restaurants you could ever find for fresh home grown natural meat/​lamb. The owner is a gentleman and his staff show his welcoming attitude for all who dine here.
To have rack of lamb fresh from his grazing pastures succulent and delicious is a treat not to be found elsewhere. It’s outstanding!
Remember to hook in advance since I’m not the only one who knows this special spot!
I would definitely recommend you make a trip to Zermatt just to have dinner at Chez Heini!

Well, going into the restaurant you can’t be quite so sure about the food. The decoration looks like a flee market overhaul from the 70s and 80s. And you will see red shoes with food coming out of the kitchen. Let’s just say, questionable first impressions. But then… Then you get your food and you will feel like you are eating at the best steakhouse in Switzerland. Whether you eat the fish, the lamb, or just some appetizers… You will love it. This place, as a whole package, is unforgettable.

Das beste Restaurant in Zermatt und bestimmt das beste Lamm weltweit!!! In einer gemütlichen Atmosphere, kann man dort einen phantastischen Abend genießen, ob zu zweit oder in einer großen Gruppe!!! Leider gibt es keinen 6. Stern.

In skuril-​verschnörkelt-​phantasievollem Ambiente wird hier Lamm in Perfektion zubereitet und serviert. Dann als musikalischer Nachtisch die multimedial-​gesangliche Darbietung von Dan Daniell. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert!
