My husband and I dined here for lunch on our vacation. The outside seating is a must especially for people watching :) now the food! I got the lunch special for the day which came with a small salad, an entrée and dessert for the price of $ 22 CFH which if you’ve experienced Switzerland is a really great price! The salad was excellent! The salmon was fresh and came with pasta and veggies… a pretty big entrée. The dessert was not to Switzerland standards but not bad enough to lose a star. The service was actually pretty great during the meal but as always towards the end you have to flag down the waiter to get your bill and pay and get out! Overall one of the best experiences for lunch in Zermatt.

Great food! We sat outside which meant that we could order from both restaurants. There s the swiss one and next door there s an Italian/​French restaurant. The cheese fondue was great. They have a selection to choose from. If you are hungry and love cheese, 1 portion is good. Otherwise I would recommend to share it. As a starter it would be enough for 2 – 4 people. Desserts were a bit disappointing. The crème brûlée was too eggy, the raspberry soufflé was too sweet, it could ve done w some cream or sthing. The wiener schnitzel was beautiful w super thing chips and well cooked veg. Prices are zermatt prices! 105 Swiss francs for 2 mains, 2 desserts, small glass of wine and a soft drink.
